Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a HS Diploma or GED; have relevant experience for the position for which they are applying, have computer and tablet proficiency & experience, have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history, be able to pass a criminal background check, have CPR/ First Aid certification OR be able to obtain certification, and be able to pass Medication Administration Training for required positions, Additional education, experience and/ or certifications maybe required for advanced or enhanced positions,
Ideal candidates should be caring and care about the work they are doing, detail-oriented, professional, have good communication skills, be honest, timely, dependable, accountable, flexible, be a self-starter, exhibit good problem solving skills, determined, persevere, have a positive attitude, have the ability to work with others, a strong work ethic, looking for longevity, be eager and willing to listen, learn, accepting and apply feedback to their position and be contributing member to the team .
