Tutelage's supports are delivered through community involvement and individualized programming by attentive, trained and qualified staff persons. We embrace the principles set forth in “Everyday Lives: Values in Action”, by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Office of Developmental Programs. We are enthusiastic and passionate about the services that we provide and those that we support. No one person or situation is the same, therefore supports will look different. We work with the person and strive to design our supports by getting rid of the box to meet the unique needs of each individual. Therefore, our priority is supporting the whole person, increasing their circle of natural supports, utilizing person-centered thinking, and person- centered planning which realizes the potential and abilities of every individual. Quality and accountability are of utmost importance.
